Travereel, a Filipino-owned travel app, has launched Vicky, an AI-powered travel agent that helps users plan and book trips more easily. Travereel is the country’s first video-based travel social network combined with a booking platform.
The app works by connecting short travel videos with an AI itinerary builder. Users can watch reels of destinations and quickly generate multi-day itineraries based on their preferences, budget, and popular spots within the Travereel community. Hotels and activities featured in reels can be added directly to the plan, making booking faster and more convenient.
Travereel also added tools for group travel. A built-in group chat lets friends vote on destinations, coordinate stops, and finalize itineraries in one place. The split billing feature makes it easier to divide costs for accommodations, activities, and even shopping.
For creators, Travereel offers affiliate marketing opportunities. When travelers book hotels or activities through reels or Vicky-generated itineraries, creators earn commissions.
The Travereel app is available on iOS and Android. New users get a ₱250 voucher for their first booking. Travereel is developed by Selcouth Co. Inc., which describes the app as a one-stop travel solution that combines social media engagement with booking convenience.
