DOOM: The Dark Ages invades Diablo Immortal in crossover event

Blizzard has announced a limited-time crossover between Diablo Immortal and DOOM: The Dark Ages. The event is called The Slayer’s Reign and runs from April 16 to May 13, 2026, bringing DOOM-inspired weapons, enemies, and cosmetics into Sanctuary.

Players can enter a special mode where they can wield six Slayer-themed skills adapted from DOOM’s arsenal, including the Shield Saw, Dreadmace, and Super Shotgun. Familiar enemies like Imps appear on the battlefield, while the Cyberdemon serves as the main boss fight.

Rewards include the Crucible Legendary Gem, which boosts damage against weakened enemies and grants Slayer’s Rage for stacking speed and power.

Free weapon cosmetics under the Sentinel Forged Armory set are also available, alongside premium items in the Phantom Market, such as the Ruthless Hellwalker cosmetic set featuring the Slayer’s Praetor Armor. Mount and companion transmogs, including the Serrat mount and Cacodemon familiar, round out the collection.

Event progression grants players a mix of rewards: one Crucible gem, a Legendary Crest, emojis, crests, set gear, and multiple Sentinel Forged Armory skins.
