realme confirmed that the realme 16 Series 5G will debut in the Philippines on April 23, 2026, with a livestream event on Facebook at 5:30 PM. The lineup has already debuted globally, giving us a clear look at what to expect.
The series features the Urban Wild Design from Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. The flagship realme 16 Pro+ 5G comes in Master Gold with a bio-based silicone back panel made from plant straw.
The 16 Pro 5G offers Pebble Grey and Orchid Purple finishes, while the 16 5G uses minimalist White and Black “Air” colorways. Camera modules differ, with Pro models using a rounded-square layout and the base model a horizontal strip.
The 16 Pro+ 5G features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, and a 7000mAh battery with 80W charging. It has a 200MP OIS main camera, 50MP telephoto, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP front camera.
The realme 16 Pro 5G uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max chip, a slightly smaller 6.78-inch AMOLED display, and the same 7000mAh battery with 80W charging. It also has a 200MP OIS main sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide.
Lastly, the realme 16 5G runs on a Dimensity 6400 Turbo, with a 6.57-inch AMOLED display, 7000mAh battery with 60W charging, and a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera.

All models come with realme UI 7 on Android 16, with three years of OS updates and four years of security patches. RAM and storage configurations will likely vary in the Philippines compared to global versions.
