realme has officially launched the realme 16 5G in the Philippines, bringing its new design, large battery, and durability features to the local market.
The phone debuts with realme’s Air Design, inspired by iPhone and Pixel aesthetics. At the back, it carries a 50MP Sony IMX852 main sensor with OIS and a 2MP monochrome lens. A small mirror beside the visor lets users take selfies with the rear camera, while a 50MP front sensor handles regular shots.
Up front, the realme 16 5G has a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 4,500 nits brightness. It is protected by AGC DT-Star D+ tempered glass and features an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Inside, the device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Turbo chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Durability is a highlight, with IP66, IP68, and IP69K dust and water resistance ratings.
The phone packs a huge 7,000mAh battery with 60W wired fast charging. Despite the size, it remains slim at 8.1mm and weighs only 183g. It runs realme UI 7 based on Android 16.

In the Philippines, the realme 16 5G (8GB+256GB) is priced at ₱25,999. The handset comes in Air White and Air Black colors. Pre‑orders run from April 23 to 30, bundled with freebies.
