Acer’s recently concluded Edu Summit Asia Pacific 2026 highlighted how technology and AI are shaping the future of learning across the region.
The event gathered educators, policymakers, and industry leaders from South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia to talk about how digital tools can improve education outcomes.
“At Acer, we believe that meaningful transformation happens when innovation is guided by human needs. This summit is part of our continuous efforts to empower educators, institutions, and policymakers to build an inclusive, future-ready learning ecosystem across the region,” said Andrew Hou, President of Pan Asia Pacific Operations at Acer Inc.
The two-day summit featured discussions and presentations on how AI can be integrated into classrooms. Topics included personalized learning, digital literacy, and teacher development.
The sessions emphasized a human-centered approach, where technology supports educators instead of replacing them, to encourage creativity and better learning experiences.
