The MMDA just rolled out updates to the NCAP portal on the May Huli Ka website (mayhulika.mmda.gov.ph). Starting August 24, the agency adds new ways to check traffic violations online.
You can search records using your plate number with ticket number, or plate number with MV file number. The site also lets you contest violations and pay fines directly, removing the need to line up at MMDA offices.
The agency said the changes make the system more secure and easier to use. It also warned motorists about fake NCAP text messages. The only legit sender is “MMDA_NCAP,” and it never sends links. If you get a text with a link, it’s a scam.
Aside from the portal, violations can also be checked through the eGovPH app. This gives drivers another way to handle tickets without leaving home.

The MMDA said more improvements are coming to the May Huli Ka portal. The goal is to make traffic enforcement more transparent and less of a burden for the public.
