Smart Communications has rolled out the Smart Home WiFi SIM 99, a dedicated SIM for home WiFi routers. It costs ₱99 and comes with 2GB of non-expiring data, giving households an easy and affordable way to stay online using existing Smart or PLDT Home WiFi devices, even those with expired or inactive SIMs.
The SIM is made for open-line home WiFi routers and works with Smart and PLDT Home WiFi units. It’s a simple way to bring old routers back to life without buying new ones. It’s also a good option for families, dormers, and small businesses in areas without fiber service.
Smart says the new SIM helps users make the most of their current devices. “With the Smart Home WiFi SIM 99, we are giving customers a convenient and affordable way to make the most of their existing Home WiFi devices and enjoy Smart’s connectivity for seamless online activities,” said Lloyd R. Manaloto, Smart’s First Vice President and OIC.
