The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has opened its free Wi-Fi monitoring system to the public. The tool shows real-time data on wi-fi sites across the country.
The system tracks site availability, connectivity, uptime, and incident reports. It also measures service level agreement compliance. You can filter by region, province, or municipality, and see access points in schools and communities.
DICT has used this platform internally since last year for audits and incident management. By making it public, the agency aims to improve transparency and accountability in its Free Wi-Fi for All program.
The tool helps users know if a site is online and working. It also allows DICT to respond faster to outages and service issues. This means better visibility for both the government and the public.
If you encounter problems, you can send feedback through the 1326 Citizen Complaint Center, email, or the eReport feature in the eGovPH Super App. These channels connect directly to DICT for faster resolution.
