Acer Timeline X 3830T, 4830T, and 5830T Specs, Price, Release Date

Acer just updated its Aspire Timeline X lineup with the release of Timeline X 3830T, 4830T, and 5830T. The slim profile of the previous Timeline X has been retained, although the design is quite different. The 13.1-inch 3830T, 14-inch 4830T, and 15.6-inch 5830T have that two-tone aluminum design (also available in black). They look more classy now.

The new Timeline X laptops will run on Intel’s second generation iCore or Sandy Bridge processors, with a choice of Core i3 and Core i5 CPUs. Screen resolution for all configurations is at 1366 x 768. The 14- and 15.6-inch versions will have optical drives and numeric pads. You will have the option to get NVIDIA GeForce GT520M or GT540M card on some models. The Timeline X will have Acer’s clear.fi software for sharing media among DLNA devices.

The 3830T, 4830T, and 5830T will retail for $799, $699, and $599, respectively.
