SKK Mobile Memo 2, an 8-inch HD Tablet Priced at P7,999

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly tablet, you may want to check out SKK Mobile’s new offering, the SKK Memo 2.  This particular tablet packs an 8-inch HD IPS display, making it an alternative to the iPad Mini or the Nexus 7 (2013).

Priced at only P7,999, the SKK Memo 2 runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM and has 8GB of internal storage with microSD slot for storage expansion.   The SKK Memo 2 also has an 8-megapixel rear camera and has 3G connectivity through its dual-SIM slots.  Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi.  As an added bonus, the SKK Memo 2 has TV functionality so this could also work as your mobile TV.

The SKK Memo 2 could be a worthy purchase if it’s as good as the SKK Mobile Platinum which I had the chance to review.  I was impressed with what the SKK Mobile Platinum offered and with how well-made it was.
