You should report your lost phone to NTC. They’ll be the ones to tell the telcos to block the handset.

Hi please reply to concern. I bought Xiaomi Redmi 9t last march 15. For the past 3 weeks, it is in good condition however this April 10 I notice that there is a blurry fade on the lower right part of my phone and then as time goes it was spreading until my phone/screen was totally blackout. I don’t know what happen the phone was good and there is no sign of any dents. So the 7 days warranty was already expired so my chance was the 2 years service warranty. May I know if it was still covered by my warranty to fix my phone???

They listed this under Hardware related concerns. It says warranty period is 1 year. You have a chance but it will depend on their diagnosis.

Hello, ask ko lang bakit biglang namatay yung Redmi Note 3 ko. Pagkatapos nung inopen ko na lumabas yung logo then puro black na sya after non. Sinubukan ko na tanggalin yung battery saka fully charged na rin pero ganon parin. Sana masagot. Salamat!

Sadly na nakatempered na yung redmi note 5 ko and nung nalaglag biglang nabasag yung glass protector nia imbes na tempered yung masisira nung nag tanung ako sa isang branch ng citylight kung mag kano mag papalit umabot sa 5k+ glass protector palang yun or baka isama na ung lcd sa papaltan although na okey nman ung touchscreen.
