If you are having problems with your Mi smartphone, you can bring it to any of these authorized Mi Service Centers.

Xiaomi Mi smartphones have quickly gained popularity here in the Philippines since its official debut. Naturally, it makes sense for the official distributor to  also put up service centers for their customers.

If you’re a Mi smartphone owner who need to have his phone serviced, then you’d be happy to know that Mi Store Philippines has your back. The official Xiaomi distributor posted the list of their authorized service centers on their official Facebook page. Their official partner for this purpose is Citylight Telecom.

The Citylight Telecom has branches across the country. Here is the official list of authorized Mi Service Centers where you can have your Mi phone serviced:

If you are experiencing problems with your Mi smartphone, you can bring it to one of the branches listed above as a walk-in. However, it might be better and more convenient if you book for an online appointment first before you go there. To do that, just log on to to schedule an appointment.

Also, keep in mind that the authorized service centers will only accept items that were bought from official stores. They will not accept gray market units or phones bought outside the country.

    Mag kano po ba mag pa ayos ng nasirang screen ng phone kasi nahulog ko po kasi kanina. Xiamo Redmi note 4 po yung phone ko. san po malapit na mi store. general santos city po ako.

  4. Nasira po yung phone ko na xiaomi redmi note 4x dahil nabasa po ng ulan. Nasira yung internal niya. Pwede ko po bang iparepair or replace the internal sa xiaomi service kahit na may bayad?

    Asap po hindi ko magamit redmi 5 plus ko sira daw battery saan po ba pede umoorder orbumili…asap

    • You might need to bring your phone to their service centers. You can also try the Mi Stores in Trinoma, SM Megamall, SM City North, and Gateway mall.

    Hello! Can i ask some help. After I factory reset my redmi note 4, it says the device is locked. I forgot the password too cause the number used to activate the mi account is not working anymore. How can I unlocked it.Thanks for the answer!

    Ive bought my xiaomi redmi 5 plus here in saudi arabia when i sent it to my wife suddenky the handling ruined the lcd of her….can she just drop by at any of you service centers for the repair of her phone…thank you very much
