Xiaomi recently shared a list of 28 smartphones that will get the latest MIUI 11 update. It will rollout in the next couple of months, starting on October 22.
MIUI 11 comes with a number of new features, such as a system wide dark mode, a redesigned layout, and new ways to display notifications.
The update will come in waves. Which phones will get it depends on the schedule put out by the Xiaomi. Interestingly, the first handsets to receive the update include the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE and the Pocophone F1. While the Mi 9, Mi 9T, and the Redmi K20 Pro are part of the next batch.

Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro, which launched in the Philippines on October 11, are on the third batch.

It is already November 27, 2019 yet my Mi MAX 3 does not get the MIUI 11 and still in August Security Patch.
Also my Mi Max 3 phone dont have any update notification until now!
