Huawei is rolling out EMUI 10.1.0.26 update to Huawei P40 and P40 Pro users in China. The new update will also hit global units soon.
The latest firmware is just an incremental update, but brings some nice features particularly with the camera software.
Huawei added a new telephoto picture-in-picture preview that allows users to see where they are focusing on. The feature activates when zooming 15 times or more. A small viewfinder pops up with a zoomed out view.

The update also brings camera performance improvements. Images have better clarity and more realistic and natural colors. Huawei also optimized Wi-Fi speed, improving the overall Internet experience, as well as the look of notifications in the drop down panel.
