realme 8 series to launch on March 24, Pro model to have 108MP cam

TL;DR: realme 8 and realme 8 Pro to launch in India on March 24.

Realme is set to launch the realme 8 and realme 8 Pro on March 24, 7PM India time (which is around 10PM Philippine time).

We already know about the realme 8. realme CEO Madhav Sheth posted a teaser sometime back and gave us a glimpse of what to expect.

The realme 8 is going to come with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, powered by a premium MediaTek Helio G95 gaming chipset. It will also have a good-sized 5,000mAh battery with 30-watt Dart Charge fast charging and a “super slim & light design.”

The camera again will have a 64MP main sensor. The image shows there are going to be four cameras in a square module with a silver plate where the flash rests. One of the design options will have realme’s DARE TO LEAP slogan.

As for the realme 8 Pro, the phone will come with a 108MP main camera. It was actually teased by Sheth as well, when it was used to take the photo of the realme 8 retail box. Apart from that, not much detail is available.

Regardless, both the realme 8 Pro and realme 8 are launching this March 24. We won’t have to wait that long to find out what they have to offer.
