‘Trigun Stampede’ anime is now streaming on Prime Video

Trigun Stampede is now available on Prime Video. The first episode of the new anime aired on the platform on January 7, 2023.

Trigun Stampede is a remake of the beloved manga and anime classic from the nineties, Trigun. The story follows the adventures of Vash the Stampede, a famous gunman who has large bounty on his head. Think of it as an anime Western with cowboys set in the 32nd century on a planet called No Man’s Land.

The original manga was written and illustrated by Yasuhiro Nightow. It was first serialized in Tokuma Shoten’s shōnen manga magazine from April 1995 to January 1997, and then continued under Shōnen Gahosha’s seinen manga magazine under the title Trigun Maximum, from October 1997 to March 2007.

The anime Trigun Stampede is produced by the CGI studio, Orange, and licensed by Crunchyroll for its global release, simulcast in more than 200 countries. Episode two will air Prime Video on January 14, 2023.
