Corning Gorilla Armor is a new kind of smartphone cover material that reduces reflection by up to 75%, which improves display readability and reduces screen glare in any environment.
Corning Gorilla Armor also enhances durability on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. In Corning lab tests, Gorilla Armor showed superior durability compared to other aluminosilicate cover glasses. To test its scratch resistance, Corning developed a new lab test called the “Scratch Bot” to simulate micro scratches caused by daily wear. On this test, Gorilla Armor had no visible scratches and had over four times more scratch resistance than other aluminosilicate cover glasses.
Gorilla Armor contains an average of 25% pre-consumer recycled content, as verified by UL Solutions following UL2809-2 Environmental Claim Validation Procedure (ECVP) for Recycled Content.
