Situated on the second floor of the mall, the PLDT and Smart Experience Hub offer innovative digital solutions. Here, the customers can avail themselves of the latest promos of Smart Signature and PLDT Home fiber plans, or switch their mobile numbers to Smart and TNT.
The store features self-care kiosks to help customers discover the best mobile and home connectivity plans that are suited to their lifestyles. The hub’s store specialists are also readily available to attend to customers’ inquiries and requests.

Beyond the city, we hope to expand the reach of our products and services to more customers in southern Luzon and make their experience with us more convenient and meaningful when they visit our store in SM City Lipa.
