POCO has officially announced the launch date for its upcoming X7 series. On January 9, 2025, the brand will unveil the latest additions to its popular mid-range lineup, promising a “full speed ahead” experience.
POCO has also teased the design of the X7 and X7 Pro. The X7 sports a square camera module housing three sensors, while the Pro model opts for a more streamlined pill-shaped module with two cameras. Both devices will be available in striking yellow and black colorways with a unique faux leather finish.
Performance is a key focus, especially with the X7 Pro. This model will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra with an “All Big Core” architecture. It will also come with a massive 6000mAh battery.
Moreover, recent leaks reveal the X7 series’ specifications. Both the X7 and X7 Pro are expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. They will also come with a 50MP main camera and a 20MP selfie shooter. Durability is also a priority, with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Meanwhile, the standard X7 model is rumored to be powered by the Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor and a 5,110mAh battery.
The POCO X7 series, including the X7 Pro Iron Man Edition, will officially launch on January 9, 2025. Both the X7 and X7 Pro are coming to the Philippines. As the launch date approaches, more details will be revealed. Stay tuned for updates.
