The HONOR 400 is now available nationwide through Smart Stores and the Smart Online Shop, bundled with Smart Signature Plan Plus 1499. Following its launch last June, the device sold out in four days. It is now back in stock and offered with postpaid perks and flexible payment options.
The HONOR 400 features a 6.55-inch 1.2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 5000 nits. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and comes in three configurations: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.
The rear camera setup includes a 200MP main sensor with OIS and up to 30x digital zoom, paired with a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera is 50MP.
Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and IP66 water and dust resistance. It runs MagicOS 9 based on Android 15 and packs a 6000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.

Smart’s Signature Plan Plus 1499 includes up to 120GB data for six months, unlimited 5G for a year, unlimited calls and texts, and a Netflix Mobile Plan or ₱149 discount. The HONOR 400 also supports Smart ViLTE for HD video calls without third-party apps.
The device costs ₱19,700 with 0% down payment via major credit cards. A free JISULIFE Handheld Pro 1S is included with every purchase until September 30, 2025.
