Salesforce expands to the Philippines with new Manila office

The company pledged to train 12,000 Filipinos in AI and CRM skills over the next five years.

Salesforce has opened a new office in Manila, located at Ayala Triangle Gardens, Tower 2. The expansion strengthens its presence in Southeast Asia and supports local businesses adopting artificial intelligence (AI) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

The company’s operations will be led by Abraham Cuevas, Regional Vice President and Country Manager. Salesforce said the move comes as AI is expected to play a major role in the Philippine economy, with potential gains projected at ₱2.8 trillion by 2030.

Part of the plan is workforce training. Salesforce pledged to train 12,000 Filipinos in AI and CRM skills over the next five years. It has already trained more than 53,000 learners through its Trailhead online platform and partnerships with schools and foundations. The goal is to prepare workers for the growing demand for digital skills.

Salesforce also added Tagalog support to its Agentforce platform, making its AI-powered services easier to use for local companies. Major firms that rely on their tools include Ayala Land, BPI, Cebu Pacific, Meralco, Philippine Airlines, and PLDT.

Salesforce’s partner network in the Philippines includes Accenture, Deloitte, and other firms that help companies implement AI solutions.
