The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has rolled out eTrabaho on the eGovPH Super App. The new feature adds AI-powered job matching and resume building, allowing Filipinos to search and apply for jobs straight from their phones.
With eTrabaho, users can upload a photo of their old resume and let the AI create a cleaner version. The system also connects jobseekers to companies based on their profiles, making applications faster and easier.
DICT said the service will expand with help from DOLE, TESDA, PRC, and CHED. A planned eFolder will let users attach digital copies of diplomas and transcripts to their resumes.
The eGovPH Super App now has 61 million users. It already offers services like LTO transactions, medical and financial aid requests, eReport for complaints, and an AI assistant for government queries.
More services are coming soon. BIR features will be added. SSS will join PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and GSIS for unified contributions and benefits.
Passport renewal and police clearance will also move online. The app will connect to 911 for emergency reporting with caller verification, and a One-Stop Shop will support OFWs abroad.

DICT also plans to open more eGov Serbisyo Centers nationwide for those who prefer in-person help.
