Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy M08 and F08 in India, expanding its budget lineup with large batteries, durable builds, and long-term software support. Both phones are rebranded versions of the Galaxy A08.
The Galaxy M08 and F08 feature a 6.7-inch display with 1600×720 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. On the back, they have a 50MP main camera with autofocus and a 2MP depth sensor, while the front has an 8MP selfie shooter.
Powering the devices is the MediaTek Helio G99+ chipset, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Storage can be expanded with a microSD.
Both phones offer LTE connectivity. They run on One UI 9, based on Android 17. Samsung is promising security updates until September 30, 2032.

Battery life is a highlight, with a 6,000mAh capacity supported by 25W charging. The phones also carry an IP64 rating for protection against dust and splashes. Color options differ slightly, with the M08 available in silver and the F08 in dark blue.

Pricing is expected to start around INR 16,999 (about PHP 11,050 / USD 176). Availability will be through Samsung’s official channels in India. No information yet on whether the phones will be released in other regions.
