Redmi 10x with new Dimensity 820 chip scores over 400K on AnTuTu

The Redmi 10x is the world’s first smartphone to rock the new Dimensity 820 5G chip. They tested the phone on AnTuTu and it scored more than 400,000 points.

To be exact, the Redmi 10x scored 415,672 points on AnTuTu Benchmark. With the score, it goes straight to the top of the list of best performing midrange smartphones for April 2020. The previous number one, the Huawei Nova 7i, had a score of 308,853 points.

The impressive shore not only shows off what the phone is capable of as a whole, but also showcases the power of the new mid-range Dimensity 820 5G chipset.

The newly launched Dimensity 820 is a 7nm chip with eight cores — four big and four small — and 5G connectivity. The big cores are the A76 variety with speeds of up to 2.6GHz. It’s also paired with a Mali-G57 MC5 GPU.

The Redmi 10x, on the other hand, is an upcoming midrange smartphone from Xiaomi. Leaks and rumors point to 8GB RAM, a 6.53-inch full HD display, and a 48MP quad camera setup with a 13MP selfie snapper.
