Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 15 Special Edition in India, a variant with similar features to the Redmi Note 15 5G sold in China. The phone arrives with a large battery and a midrange Snapdragon chipset.
The device features a 6.77‑inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 3,200 nits peak brightness. It also supports 240Hz touch sampling for smoother gaming.
Under the hood, it runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor paired with Adreno 710 graphics. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, expandable via microSD.
For photography, the Redmi Note 15 SE carries a 50MP main camera with a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, a 20MP selfie shooter handles video calls and social content. In contrast, the global Redmi Note 15 5G comes with a 108MP sensor.
Battery life is a highlight, with a 5,800mAh capacity supported by 45W fast charging. Other features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an under‑display fingerprint scanner, an IP66 dust and water resistance rating, and MIL‑STD‑810H durability certification.

The phone runs HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Pricing in India starts at INR 19,999 (around ₱13,000) for the 6GB+128GB model, INR 21,999 (₱14,300) for 8GB+128GB, and INR 22,999 (₱14,900) for 8GB+256GB.
Availability in the Philippines has not yet been confirmed, but pricing could be similar if it launches locally.
