Xiaomi opened its second exclusive service center in the Philippines. The new service center is located on the ground floor of SM City Manila beside the Manila City Hall.
The Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center in Manila is the latest aftersales touchpoint that supports the company’s initiative of making its aftersales services more accessible to customers, following their first exclusive service center in BGC which opened last December 2021. Customers can expect end-to-end service from product purchases up to after-sales support for the gadgets.

Xiaomi announced last year that part of its goals for 2022 will be ramping up its after-sales service in the country. Earlier in 2021, Xiaomi increased its after-sales touchpoints by growing from 10 to 20 service locations across the country, as well as adding 10 additional authorized service centers to serve Xiaomi TV products. A Xiaomi Contact Center was also established to support customers in the Philippines and the Americas.
Aside from enhanced customer service, customers may enjoy the benefits of Xiaomi’s second exclusive service center promo, which offers a 50% discount on out-of-warranty labor fees.
