Xiaomi launches its latest 5G smartphone in the Philippines. Meet the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G, a powerful mid-ranger that boasts a 108MP camera with a starting price of P20,999 for the 6GB+128GB model.
Meanwhile the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G with 8GB+128GB configuration has an SRP of P21,999.
The Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G’s highlight feature is the 108MP main camera. The massive shooter is backed by a large 1/1.52-inch Samsung sensor.
Looking at the design, you’ll find that its similar to the Xiaomi 12, with a huge rectangular island that also encompass an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro cameras. Meanwhile, a 32MP snapper hides underneath a small punch hole for selfies.
A 6.55-inch AMOLED display takes up the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G’s front. The screen has a 2400 x 1080 resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate, together with support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+.

Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, a powerful and efficient mid-range chip, with 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB configurations. It also features a 4300mAh battery with 67W fast charging, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Price and Availability
In the Philippines, the Xiaomi 12 Lite has a price of P20,999 for the 6GB+128GB model and P21,999 for the 8GB+128GB model. Pre-orders starts on August 19 to 26 in Xiaomi authorized stores. It is also coming to online channels Shopee and Lazada.
