Motorists can now track the availability of their vehicle plate numbers using the LTO Tracker, a web-based application you can access at www.ltotracker.com. Starting July 16, the tool will also be available on the eGovPH app.
DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon announced the initiative at the recent press conference with LTO Acting Assistant Secretary Atty. Greg G. Pua Jr.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) aims to streamline distribution through digital access. While the backlog for motorcycle plates has been cleared, plate issuance for other vehicles continues across district offices nationwide.
Motorists can check availability by entering their plate number or motor vehicle (MV) file number. The platform provides updates on plate status, whether it’s in process, dispatched to a district office, or ready for pick-up or delivery.
Once a plate is available, users can choose to pick it up through a walk-in or an appointment at their local LTO district office. Alternatively, delivery is an option via payment through select e-wallets.
For plates not yet registered in the system, motorists are advised to complete an online form. LTO officials encourage checking the tracker over the next few weeks for updates, especially for vehicles still awaiting issuance.
