realme has officially launched the realme GT8 Pro in China, alongside the vanilla GT8. The device features swappable camera islands, square, round, and robot-inspired, secured magnetically and with Torx screws.
The GT8 Pro’s rear setup includes a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical and up to 120x digital zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. The Ricoh GR Imaging System supports GR-style focal lengths (28mm, 40mm) and five film-inspired tones.
Up front, the phone sports a 32MP selfie camera. The phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with realme’s R1 graphics chip, and offers up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.
It also has a 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 7000 nits.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Other features include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, VC cooling, and the Sky Signal S1 chip. The 7000mAh battery supports 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The GT8 Pro ships with Android 16 and realme UI 7, promising four major OS updates and five years of security patches. It comes in White, Green, and Blue, with pricing starting at CNY 3,999 (around ₱32,900 / $562).
