PLDT launches Home Prepaid Wi-Fi, an affordable service that grants Internet to areas without wired connections.

The PLDT Home Prepaid Wi-Fi is a plug and play device that provides Internet connection using the LTE 700MHz band, similar to the Smart Bro LTE Prepaid Home Wi-Fi. Unlike a pocket Wi-Fi device, it is for home use and needs to be plugged to a power outlet.
Users can connect to the Internet using PLDT’s Home Boost 15 (1GB, 1 day), Home Boost 50 (1.3GB, 1 day), and PLDT Home Boost 599 (15GB, 30 days).

The PLDT Home Prepaid Wi-Fi is priced at PHP1,995. It is now available in all PLDT Stores and retailers nationwide, and comes with free 10GB of open access data, valid for 7 days.
The device is also available through online lending platform, Lendr. You can buy it for an initial cash-out of PHP495, followed by six weekly installment payments of PHP370, which can be paid through any Smart Padala center, Bayad Center, ECPay, and 7-Eleven outlets.
