Xiaomi posted strong results for Q3 2025, with adjusted net profit rising 80.9% year-over-year to RMB113.1 billion. The figure set a new record and came in above market expectations.
Quarterly revenue also reached RMB 113.1 billion, up 22.3% from last year. This marks the fourth straight quarter that Xiaomi has crossed the RMB 100 billion mark. For the first nine months of 2025, revenue totaled RMB 340.4 billion, while adjusted net profit hit RMB 32.8 billion, already higher than the company’s full-year 2024 earnings.
Xiaomi’s smart electric vehicle business turned profitable for the first time, reporting RMB 0.7 billion in operating income. Deliveries passed 100,000 units in the quarter, with total deliveries this year exceeding 260,000. The Xiaomi YU7 SUV led sales in China, becoming the country’s best-selling SUV in October.
Smartphones continued to perform well, generating RMB 46.0 billion in revenue. Shipments reached 43.3 million units, keeping Xiaomi in the global top three for the 21st consecutive quarter. In China, its premium smartphone share grew, helped by strong demand for the Xiaomi 17 series.
The IoT and lifestyle segment brought in RMB 27.6 billion, with connected devices on Xiaomi’s platform surpassing 1 billion. Internet services revenue also hit a record RMB 9.4 billion, supported by more than 740 million monthly active users worldwide.

Xiaomi increased research and development spending to RMB 9.1 billion, up 52.1% year-over-year. The company highlighted progress in artificial intelligence and its new HyperOS 3, reinforcing its focus on premium devices, EVs, and smart home ecosystems.
