Apple has announced the 2025 App Store Awards, naming 17 apps and games that stood out for innovation, design, and cultural impact. The winners were chosen from 45 finalists by App Store editors.
For apps, Tiimo won iPhone App of the Year, Detail took iPad, Essayist earned the Mac award, Explore POV impressed on Apple Vision Pro, Strava led on Apple Watch, and HBO Max was recognized on Apple TV.
In gaming, Pokémon TCG Pocket won on iPhone, DREDGE on iPad, Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on Mac, Porta Nubi on Apple Vision Pro, and WHAT THE CLASH? on Apple Arcade.
