The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) said the public may now call hotline 1326 for any concerns related to Roblox in the Philippines.
The hotline is intended as a direct channel for parents, guardians, and users to report issues such as inappropriate content, suspected online exploitation, or account-related problems. Concerns will be coordinated with Roblox for faster takedowns and investigations.
The hotline complements Roblox’s existing parental controls and safety features. These include account linking, spending limits, and filtering tools designed to protect younger players. Adding a local reporting mechanism ensures that Philippine users have immediate access to help when needed.
The hotline also supports CICC’s broader effort to monitor online platforms and enforce compliance with national child protection laws.
