Apple Creator Studio gets new AI tools for creators

Apple Creator Studio is getting a big update with new AI features across Apple’s creative and productivity apps. The update adds smarter tools to Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.

The new features focus on helping creators save time and get more done without leaving their favorite apps. Apple said the update will arrive in November for current Creator Studio subscribers.

For video creators, Final Cut Pro now includes MotionVFX tools built into the app. Users can access effects, templates, transitions, motion graphics, and color grading tools in one place. Apple is also expanding its Content Hub with stock video assets and deeper Pixelmator Pro integration.

Pixelmator Pro is getting a new Generate Fill feature. It lets users edit parts of an image using simple text prompts. This makes it easier to remove, replace, or change image elements while staying inside the editing workflow.

Logic Pro is also picking up new AI-powered tools. The app now includes a beta AI assistant, a better Stem Splitter for separating drum tracks, and a redesigned Browser that can organize and find sounds more easily.

Apple is also bringing AI assistants to Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. These tools can help users create presentations, write content, analyze data, and automate routine tasks. The apps will also support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing external AI tools to work with documents and workflows.

The update also expands the Content Hub with stock video content. Freeform will gain Pixelmator Pro image editing and AI-generated editable shapes later this year.
