Nintendo eShop, Switch Online officially arrive in PH on Nov. 10

Nintendo eShop and Nintendo Switch Online are finally coming to the Philippines on November 10, 2026. The launch gives local Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 users official access to Nintendo’s digital store and online gaming service.

Starting November 10, Filipino players can buy and download digital games directly from Nintendo eShop. Players can also purchase downloadable content (DLC) for supported titles through the platform.

Nintendo Switch Online will also be available in the country. The subscription service lets players join online multiplayer matches, play with friends over the internet, and access other online features.

Members will also get access to a collection of classic Nintendo games from older systems. The service includes Save Data Cloud support, allowing users to back up compatible game saves online. Nintendo says subscribers can also enjoy select games available only through Nintendo Switch Online.

For local players, the launch removes the need to rely on other regions just to access Nintendo’s digital services. It also gives users an official way to buy games, manage subscriptions, and enjoy Nintendo’s online features in the Philippines.

The move is part of Nintendo’s steady push into the local market. In 2022, the company launched its Philippine website.
