iOS 27.3 brings smarter Siri and a new Health app

Apple has released the first iOS 27.3 beta, bringing a mix of AI upgrades, Safari improvements, and new customization features. The update also marks the return of the redesigned Health app.

One of the biggest changes in iOS 27.3 is the updated Health app. Apple has brought back the redesign after pulling it from an earlier beta. The app now has a refreshed look and adds new health insights and wellness tools.

Siri is getting a bigger role across the iPhone. Apple is expanding Siri’s AI-powered actions, allowing the assistant to do more tasks inside supported apps. This includes apps like Calendar, Mail, Messages, Music, Notes, Photos, Reminders, Safari, and Weather.

Safari is also picking up a couple of useful features. Users can now switch to Vertical Tabs, which place open tabs in a sidebar for easier browsing. Adaptive Dark Mode is also coming, automatically giving unsupported websites a darker appearance.

Apple is adding more ways to personalize your iPhone. StandBy mode gains new clock styles, extra layouts, and more customization options. Apple Music is also receiving updates, including improvements to Auto Mix and new music recommendations.

The beta includes several smaller additions as well. Apple is expanding Siri language support, adding new Fitness+ Gym Strength workouts, and introducing a Reachability feature designed to make larger iPhones easier to use with one hand.
