The iPhone 5s has been unveiled only a few hours ago. It was not groundbreaking by any sense but overall, Apple still has a compelling phone offering. If you love iOS, the iPhone is the only choice you have but if you are an Android fanatic, there are more capable phones in the market.
The iPhone 5s still features a 4-inch display and now rocks an A7 chip with 64-bit architecture, an M7 coprocessor and a fingerprint scanner conveniently located on the home button. Along with the unveiling, Apple released promo videos which highlight the security features provided by the fingerprint scanner and the photography chops of the iPhone 5s. The fingerprint scanner, which Apple calls Touch ID, unlocks the phone and can be used to confirm purchases on the iPhone. The camera has been improved with bigger pixels and a new flash system.
