As part of its broader program to elevate the quality of experience of PLDT’s customers including those overseas, PLDT Global has launched Tindahan ni Bossing or TINBO, its latest one-stop gateway.
“TINBO aims to empower overseas Filipinos to be the bossings of diskarte at alaga. They can still directly pay for their families’ expenses and effectively manage their finances better through Maya, even if they are oceans away,” said Albert V. Villa-Real, President and CEO at PLDT Global.
Available via tinbo.ph, overseas Filipinos can access services for their connectivity and financial needs through Maya. They simply need to sign up for a TINBO number (Smart Virtual Number) that would serve as their virtual Philippine mobile number while outside the country.
A TINBO number enables users to receive calls and texts even without a physical SIM card and allows them to receive their secured OTP for bills payment, e-government services, and other-related transactions. They can also purchase prepaid load for their mobile, Pay TV, and internet needs using the TINBO number.

PLDT Global has also partnered with Smart Communications, fintech and payment collection system Bayad, digital bank Maya, and health app mWell to provide a suite of services that OFWs need to stay connected as they look after their families’ needs in the Philippines.
