Yellow iPhone 14 series could launch this week

Rumors of a yellow-colored iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus have been making rounds across the internet. This time around, the new hue might debut this week.

MacRumors reported that Apple’s public relations team is planning a product briefing with reporters on March 7, which could be related to the release of the yellow iPhone 14 series. Nothing has been confirmed as of yet, but it is highly likely that this will be the case.

The green color was added as a mid-cycle refresh for the iPhone 13 lineup on March 8, 2022. Meanwhile, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini received their purple color in April 2021.

The yellow iPhone 14 series would be available alongside the current five colors: black, white, red, green, and blue. The yellow color would be similar to what was previously available for the iPhone XR and iPhone 11.

The iPhone 14 series launched in September of last year, equipped with OLED displays, powered by A15 Bionic chips, and armed with dual rear cameras with optical image stabilization. They also support MagSafe accessories and wireless charging.
