Apple officially released its major software update, bringing faster app performance and a redesigned Siri. However, not every device supports the latest features.
Below is the complete list of devices compatible with iOS 27 and Siri AI. The base operating system arrives on 33 different iPhone models, starting with the iPhone 11 lineup and iPhone SE 2020.

Base iOS 27 Supported iPhones:
- iPhone SE (2nd generation and later)
- iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max
- iPhone 12, 12 mini, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max
- iPhone 13, 13 mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max
- iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max
- iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 16e
- iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, 17e, iPhone Air
- iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max, iPhone Duo
Siri AI and Apple Intelligence Compatibility:
- iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 series or later, iPhone Air, iPhone Duo
- iPad mini (A17 Pro) and iPad models with M1 or later
- MacBook Neo (A18 Pro) and Mac models with M1 or later
- Apple Vision Pro
- Apple Watch Series 9 or later, Ultra 2 or later, and SE 3 (paired with an AI-enabled iPhone)
Advanced Siri AI Requirements (Expressive Voice and Enhanced Dictation):
- iPhone 17 Pro series, 18 Pro series, iPhone Air, iPhone Duo
- Recent M-series iPads and Macs with at least 12GB of RAM
Regional boundaries limit access to these features. Siri AI remains unavailable on iPhones and iPads in the European Union and China due to local regulatory laws. However, European users can still access the feature on Mac computers and Vision Pro devices.

You can open your Settings app to download and install the update. You can also install iOS 26.7 that brings security fixes, if you’re not yet ready to jump to iOS 27.
