There is an alarming rise in motorcycle-related accidents.

There is an alarming rise in motorcycle-related accidents in Metro Manila. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported over 31,000 incidents in the past year alone. The numbers underscore the urgency of the agency’s recently established Motorcycle Riding Academy (MRA).
