Nintendo sold 5.82 million Switch 2 consoles by the end of June 2025, less than a month after launch. The console moved 3.5 million units in its first week, making it the fastest-selling game console ever.

This launch more than doubled the original Switch’s first-month sales of 2.7 million units. Nintendo says demand is still higher than supply in many countries. The company plans to increase production to meet global demand.
Strong sales helped boost Nintendo’s profits. In the second quarter of 2025, the company reports $3.8 billion in revenue, up 132% from the same period last year.
Despite supply issues and trade concerns, the Switch 2’s early success shows strong interest from gamers, which puts Nintendo in a good position for the rest of the year.
In the Philippines, the Nintendo Switch 2 is available at Data Blitz, GameXtreme, GameOne PH, and other retail stores across the country. The console-only version is priced at ₱28,750, while the Mario Kart World Bundle costs ₱30,950.
