Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 is the most powerful Android chip in August 2020, according to AnTuTu Benchmark

AnTuTu recently released their top 10 most powerful Android phones for the month of August 2020. And just like July’s list, all the phones pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 processors with at least 8GB RAM.

And at the top of the list is the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra. It isn’t surprising that this is number one, considering it has 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The next three devices are all gaming smartphones — the iQOO 5, the ASUS ROG Phone 3, and the Black Shark 3S. Despite the differences in scores, all three have up to 12GB RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, of course, the Snapdragon 865, and some kind of cooling system.

The vivo X50 Pro+, the OPPO Find X2 Pro, and OPPO Find X2 are numbers five, six and seven on the list. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, iQOO Neo 3, and the Redmi K30 Pro completes the list.

Interestingly, you don’t see phones from Samsung and OnePlus on the list, which is okay. Flagship experience do go beyond the power and speed.

Here’s the full list of AnTuTu’s most powerful Android smartphones for August 2020:

  1. Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra
  2. iQOO 5
  3. ASUS ROG Phone 3
  4. Black Shark 3S
  5. vivo X50 Pro+
  6. OPPO Find X2 Pro
  7. OPPO Find X2
  8. Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro
  9. iQOO Neo3
  10. Redmi K30 Pro

For those who want to run AnTuTu Benchmark on their phones, take note that the benchmarking app has been removed from the Google Play Store last March 2020.

You can, however, download the app from its website and sideload it on your device.
