eGovPH Hub and Super App launched: Access government services in one place

Offering streamlined public access to government services on one platform.

The Philippine government has officially launched the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub and eGov PH Super App, marking a major step toward streamlining public services across the country.

The eGovPH Serbisyo Hub is a physical one-stop center where citizens can access services from several government agencies. Services range from ID applications and health insurance to legal aid, civil registry requests, and law enforcement support.

Complementing the hub is the eGovPH Super App, developed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). The app, which launched in June 2023, allows users to file applications, track requests, verify identity, and submit documents remotely to over 70 government services.

It’s also integrated with the national digital ID system, which now includes over 88 million users.

The initiative aims to reduce queues, eliminate fixers, and simplify bureaucracy. The rollout will soon expand nationwide. Stay tuned for further details.
